I just wanted to share my experience with Permajet.
As you may know I have bought a Pixma Pro 9500Mk2 printer and as I have used Permajet paper before wanted to continue with that.
Permajet offer on their website generic profiles for the Canon printer which you can download and a free profiling service on swatches printed on your own printer. It was this service that I wanted to take up.
I had to set all colour handling off to ensure the prints were passed through Photoshop and the printer without any adjustment. I had a query and phoned Permajet, Vij Solanki was extremely helpful and from that conversation printed the two patches. These were sent of on Tuesday 14th September and I received an e-mail with the profile, a guide to installing them at lunchtime the following day.
Now that's great service and worth sharing.

That is good service, especially as you got the profiles back before you sent the prints (tuesday 14th September)
