I returned both to them, original failure plus the replacement and they refunded my money.Good service.
But I had not requested a refund.
I wonder if they do not wish to let me have another one?
NB while I am having a run of bad luck, the laptop battery I bought in Novemeber from another retailer has died but an RMA has been authorized.
I just have to sort out my broken watch.
On a good note ,ebuyer have replaced my PC power supply that I bought from them 18 months ago. Good service.
