Thanks James. I had a look at that earlier but prompted by you I have now installed Google Chrome.

I also apparently have now downloaded the Oyster profile but sorry to be a pain and ask, how do I use it? It is in the downloads folder at the bottom of the screen but not sure what to do next!

Thanks a lot James. Just had a look at your profile and I see that not only are you 21 years younger than me but also that you are a software engineer. That means that you have a few million times more experience of computers than I do!
