Thanks for the update, Hade. I phoned them last year and at that time they said there was insufficient demand to make them. I'm glad they've seen the light - albeit filtered. I've ordered the two stop as I figured the darkest portion at the horizon is likely to be darker than an ordinary two stop grad anyway. Hope it works. I'll be able to pop down the road after work to pick mine up once they've made it. Natalie in the Formatt office in Aberaman told me they've sold a lot. My Formatt filters have resisted scratching well and I cannot say that my Lee filter is a superior product.

Mine arrived quickly, Compared to the Singh Ray, it is 10mm shorter, ie standard Cokin length, The transition is slightly softer than the SR but the drop off in grad at the top is less pronounced than SR. As to how it fares in the field , only time will tell.
I have to agree Alun, the Formatt/Hitech are fairly resistant to scratching, although I have broken 2 in half!!! Both strangely at Elgol on Skye..

If you will insist on keeping them in your back pocket....
I picked up my reverse grads tonight. Look good but the graduation from darkest centre to the top is, indeed, more subtle than I expected. I'll have to wait until the weekend to field test it.

Did one of you guys get a chance to test the grad out?
