The 500 is the newer model so would make sense in that respect over the 450

Neal, not a lot between the two really other than a few megapixels and I think newer AF system on the 500... Best look at the specs of both and decide whether the 500 is worth that bit extra.....

hi Neal about 11 years or so ago ( can't remember exactly ) i installed a pc for a disabled lad who had been run over leaving him paralised from the neck down in your neck of the woods i can't remember exactly where though i also configured a headset like you describe i think they work off ultrasonic sensors to determin your head movements

that headseat looks a lot more sophisticated than the one way back then

the story i was told about the accident was the lad was chasing a ball ( golf ball i think ) accross duel caraigway dunno if this rings a bell

Yeah thats me m8 small world lol, it was`nt as straight forward as that but yeah thats me.

I think the headset i had was a realy bulky thing but it was abit more accurate than the one i have now but it does the trick!

Well i would`nt be hoping for too good a qaulity it`s hard to get a descent shot when you can`t see what your photographing until it`s on your screen!
