Looks very wild and uninviting thanks for sharing it with us and saving me going there.
Great image Hadrian and crystal clear, well captured.

We set off on a cold, cloudy morning to shoot the numerous waterfalls on the slopes of Blaven, as we rose up, the snow got deeper and the waterfalls and rivers was frozen solid!! I decided to head higher to see what the conditions were like, the snow underfoot was wet, heavy and about 8" deep, the wind howled..... Oh get on with it!!!! ;0)
10-20mm @10mm, f11, 1/30 sec. (+1.33 EV), ISO100, 1 stop GND, Raw through DPP,Only Levels/Curves and LCE/Smart Sharpen in CS4 (Take note GG:p)
I eventually made it to the corrie far LHS and thought better of going any further.. Plus I was starving!!!!
C&C more than welcomed, Hadrian

Superb detail to Bla Bheinn and it really conveys a sense of majestic indifference. I also like the foreground Christmas Pudding.![]()

Possably the best of all Skye's Munros.
I thought it was a mono image to start with until I noticed the colour in the vegetation around the f/g rock.
10/10 for getting out in these conditions

Good elements in this but the light was not there to give it some bite. Rob

God it looks miserable and cold and you wouldn't find me up thereAll this shot was needing was a stream of light coming through those clouds and this would have been a belter mate.

Should've just gone the whole hog and made it b&w Hade:p
I like it, it certainly does portray a wild and desolate place, look forward to my first trip
to sky at the end of the month.

I know Lez, it is almost mono but for me there isn't enough tonality to make it true b&w.
I hope you have better weather than we did, alpine blue skies for 4 days and then 100% cloud for the rest, oh and minus 16°C on Rannoch on the way up, not my ideal conditions, just as a taster here is one of the many "waterfalls" Straight out of camera etc
