I stumbled across this page searching through the forum.

I found Adobe TV and in particular The Lightroom Tutorials. Wow. I think I have just realised I have only been using 10% of what LR 3 is capable of.

Excellent find , just been having a quick look around , looks like another few hours on the computer , what with also finding this forum , there isn't enough hours in the day
